Bay Houses

I grew up on the south shore of Long Island and spent a lot of time on the water on the Great South Bay and have several photos and paintings of Historic Bay Houses. The paintings I attached were done by me and you have permission to use if you like. I also have several photos of Bay Houses from years ago. Two Story Bay House Painting... NEW

I donated the framed Bay House painting and the Bay House sketch to the McNeece family. As the owners since the 50's I don't think I could find a better family to donate my beautiful watercolor to... The McNeece family and their friends were very excited and happy to have and enjoy these paintings of their beautiful Bay House which they call the "Shack". Sometimes the value of giving is more valuable and rewarding, especially if the ones who receive the gift are personally associated with the gift. I know the McNeece family will enjoy these for many years to come.

I love your paintings. The two-story bayhouse has been in my family since 1954 when my grandparents purchased it because they family had gotten too big and they wanted to get out of the smaller one that was built in 1898.
